Rhinoplasty is the most complex and challenging facial plastic surgery, and constant updating is essential to obtain the best results. Last week the Instituto Jurado (S. Paulo, Brazil) received one of the main references of all time in Rhinoplasty worldwide: Dr. Dean Toriumi. It was a unique experience to be closely observing the work of this Rhinoplasty icon.
