Today, I present you an one year post op result of another #rhinoplasty. This such a nice patient came to me because she was upset with her nose. It was too big and the tip too fallen. Through an open #rhinoplasty (with alar base resection) it was possible to obtain a smaller, prettier and super natural nose. It seems that it has always been the patient’s nose 🙂 thank you for trusting me and for allowing the sharing 🙂
