This such a nice patient came to my consultation because he had a long-standing nasal obstruction and did not like the deviated aspect of his nose. His professional activity obliges him to constant physical activity as well as driving long distances and the large deviation of the septum that he had interfered a lot in the quality of his sleep. Through an extra-corporeal rhinosseptoplasty it was possible to obtain a functional and natural nose. The deviated nose is no longer the central point on his face. It is still only 6 months since the surgery but he is already satisfied with the result.
