This such a nice patient, in addition to not breathing well through his nose, was unhappy with his appearance. In addition to the hump and being deviated, it was a big nose (which you can see better in the front and basal view). It’s been 8 months since the surgery and although I may still have a little edema, we already have a smaller, aligned, functional and natural nose.
