Today’s patient came to me because she was unhappy with her nose from a functional and aesthetic point of view. It was asymmetrical in the lower third and base, but its main problem was its size in height and length, it was very long, droopy and had a very large hump. A year has passed since the surgery and the patient has a smaller and more natural nose. Now, without any type of edema, it is possible to analyze in the photos from all angles the precision that is achieved with a structured ultrasonic rhinoplasty. We got a super natural nose and it’s as if the old version of the nose never existed and this has always been the patient’s nose.
