Today’s patient was unhappy with her nose. It was too big for the features of her face, three-dimensionally speaking . It took 18 months for the nose to gain its current definition. It went from a square tip, to a triangular tip more refined. The base became narrower in the front view. In the profile it was possible to reduce the projection a little.
