Case #122

Today’s patient had undergone two rhinoplasty procedures and was not happy with the tip of her nose. Excessive removal of the caudal septum caused the alar cartilages to be asymmetrical, droopy and rotated downwards. The tip was shaped like an eagle’s beak. In this case, it was not necessary to use a rib and it was possible to reuse the septum that was still present (cartilage and bone). 13 months have passed since the last rhinoplasty and it is now possible to verify a natural nose with the tip structures in the correct position. They may seem like small differences but they make a nose misshapen at some angles. Now we have a normal, beautiful and natural nose 🙂 thanks for sharing and for coming all the way for your surgery 🙂
