Today’s such a nice patient was unhappy with the size of her nose. She felt that her nose did not fit her thin and delicate face and was disproportionately big, however she wanted a natural result and was afraid that a rhinoplasty would change her face too much. Eight months have passed since the surgery and the patient has the nose she has always dreamed of: smaller, without the hump, with a discreetly rotated tip and completely natural.
