Caso Clínico #90

Caso Clínico #90

Today’s patient came to me with aesthetics and functional complaints. She had a nose that was difficult to analyze: a hump, a hanging columella, a drooping tip, an alar retraction, a wide base and a deviation from the entire nasal pyramid. It is still only 6 months since the surgery but it is already possible to see a an improvement. The nose is no longer what draws attention on the patient’s face. In this case, it is important to reinforce the importance of alar base resection. Without this surgical step it would be impossible to obtain this result: it would remain large in the front view and with alar retraction. I thank this such a nice patient for having trusted me to make her dream come true and for allowing sharing.
