You might not believe it, but this such a nice patient had already undergone a rhinosseptoplasty by another surgeon some years ago, when he came to me for his revision #rhinoplasty. In addition to not breathing well, he had a deviated, drooping, with irregular high dorsum. Only a few months have passed since the surgery, but the improvements are notable: an aligned, natural, functional and completely natural nose on the patient’s face.
