Today’s patient came to me with serious functional complaints. Although she had a very asymmetrical tip, it was not her biggest concern. This is one of those cases where the form compromises the function. It was not enough to correct the deviation of the septum but it was also important to symmetrize the nostrils for both to work well. The so called functional #rhinoplasty. Only 5 weeks have passed since the surgery and there is still some edema, but the functional improvement is dramatic and the nose is still super natural and more beautiful 🙂
