This such a nice patient came to my consultation, because in addition to functional complaints, she would like to improve the appearance of her nose. She was happy with the front view but didn’t like the profile and the 3/4 view. These type of noses are extremely complex. As noses are three dimensional structures, it is very difficult to reduce the projection of a nose (profile) and maintain a nice tip (with good definition) in the front view. The great difficulty is to achieve a balance between these two variables (the length of the nose and the width of the tip). About 6 months have passed since the surgery and although the nose is very different, it is super beautiful, much smaller and super natural.
