This nice patient, in addition to funtional complaints due to a deviated nasal septum, did not like the deviation and asymmetry of the lower third of the nose, but was afraid that a rhinoplasty would change her face too much. It’s only been 3 months since her #rhinoplasty, but it’s already possible to see a straighter dorsal line in the top view, a tip without the asymmetric bifidity of the lower alar cartilages and nasal septum aligned on the columella.
