Case #142

Today I present you a case one year post op whose correct analysis was essential for a good result. In addition to the patient breathing poorly through the nose, aesthetically it was not pretty. Of course it had a hump, but what made it less beautiful was the shape of the nostril. By removing the hump, rotating the tip and removing the retraction (closing the nostrils in profile) the entire nose was beautiful and normal. If you had just removed the hump and rotated the tip, it would always be a poor result. A good result is the sum of small changes that in the end make a all the difference. Thank you for the trust and for allowing the sharing.
