Today I present to you a case of a reduction rhinoplasty in which the skin was a determining factor. The nose took about a year and a half to start to take on the most definitive shape. A smaller but super natural nose, framed in the patient’s face and smaller in all dimensions (front, profile, 3/4 and basal).
