Case #134

Today I present to you a case of revision #rhinoplasty. This such a nice patient had been operated on about 8 years ago by another surgeon. When you look at the profile, it even had nice features, but when we looked closely at the tip, it was destroyed and misshapen. Although the dorsum could not be seen, it also had many irregularities. Since there was almost no septum, it was a difficult case and it was possible to perform the revision without resorting to the rib, but it was used temporal fascia. In these cases the objective is to return a normal nose to the patient and that’s what happened. It has been over a year since the revision and both the patient and I are pleased with the result. Thank you very much for the trust and for allowing the sharing 🙂
