Today’s patient, in addition to breathing better, would like to have her nose a little smaller. The nose was three-dimensionally large and the aim was to make it smaller in all views (and not just in profile, by removing the hump). Only 5 months have passed since the surgery and it is now possible to see a smaller nose in all dimensions and super natural. In this case the base resection allowed him to get smaller in front view which really gives a smaller nose.
