Case #121

Today I present to you a case of extreme difficulty, 9 months after the surgery. This such a nice patient was unhappy with the overall appearance of her nose: it had a very droopy tip, very long and the entire nose was quite big. If you notice the tip was very droopy either in the static vision or when smiling. Once again, alar base resection was fundamental to effectively reduce the size of the nose three-dimensionally, that is, in the profile, in the 3/4 and in the frontal view. There is still some residual swelling at the tip but you can already see the dramatic change, both in the nose and on the patient’s face. Thank you for the trust and for the sharing.
