Most people who come to me for their #rhinoplasty are looking for a natural result. In cases where the tip is dropped and the nose is long, there will almost always be a change in the face and not just the nose. This happens because in the front view (which is the view that we see ourselves the most) there is a marked change (contrary to cases where the main problem is hump, which changes the profile more). The fact that there is a big change does not invalidate the result being natural. In this case from a hump, drooping tip, long nose, asymmetrical and non-functional nose, we got a beautiful, harmonious, feminine and functional nose.
