Today’s patient was unhappy with bulbosity and poor tip definition. In these cases, the skin is a very limiting factor and it is necessary to be patient as the result takes a long time (minimum one year, sometimes up to two years). In this case, a year after the surgery, from a bulbous and quadrangular tip, we got a nose with a more defined and triangular tip, smaller, and as always very natural.
