Today’s such a nice patient, apart from funcional complaints, was unhappy with her nose. The hump and the drooping tip were her biggest complaints, but she was afraid that a #rhinoplasty would give her an unnatural and artificial look. It’s been a year since her surgery and we have a completely natural and beautiful result, almost as if it had always been her nose.
