Case #76

This nice patient had great functional complaints and did not like the marked hump and the dropping tip. However, He was very concerned with obtaining a very natural aesthetic result. If it is true that he had a pronounced hump, it was more noticeable because he had a low radix. In these cases it is essential to lower the hump but fill the radix a little (with the patient’s cartilage) so as not to run the risk of lowering the dorsal line too much. It is still 5 months since the surgery but the patient is already very happy with the result. He breathes very well and has a nose without any aspect of having been operated on. Thanks for having trusted me your nose and for having authorized to share the case 🙂
