Case #36

This patient, with an extremely beautiful face, sought me out for an aesthetic refinement of her nose. It had a discrete boss and although difficult to perceive in the photos, had a slightly asymmetrical tip. This result may seem too subtle or even easy to obtain. Given the characteristics of the patient’s skin (very thin) any slight irregularity can become visible, so these small changes were much more technically challenging than other large noses. The patient wanted subtle changes and a super natural nose and that’s what she got, further enhancing the natural beauty of her face. A good example of a finess rhinoplasty.
