Case #25

This dear patient needed Advanced Rhinoplasty because, in addition to chronic nasal obstruction, she did not like the look of her nose. On the face’s profile of the patient, watching closely, the nasolabial angle was very closed at the expense of the “poorly developed” upper jaw, in relation to the nose, which had a “dropped” tip. Using only cartilage and bone from the nasal septum as a source for multiple grafts, it was possible to improve the upper nose – maxillary relationship, thus obtaining a more harmonious face. A “sign” was also removed in the right nasolabial groove as a complement to nasal surgery.
