Case #5

This patient was displeased with the overall appearance of her nose, with more emphasis on correcting the nasal bossae. A careful analysis reveals everything that has been done to get the final result.
In this patient we reduced the nasal dorsum (bossae), deprojected the length of the nose and turned the nasal tip a little (by discreetly opening the angle between the nose and the lip).
A harmonious nose was achieved on the face, simultaneously correcting a functional problem that the patient had (deviated septum).
